Do you ever find yourself stressed out and you don’t know why? Then, when you try to figure it out you can only think of one small thing that would normally not bother you very much. (The happens to me a lot!!!) As I was recently having a conversation with a close friend, they brought up a very good idea. When you are stressed out, write down all the possible reasons for that stress and then pray about them. (Maybe you could even have a designated journal to write notes to God, prayers, and problems to overcome such as stress!) God does His part, we just need to do ours!
