Lately I have had to go on a diet because of problems I’m having with my stomach. There are a few things that I have to stay away from eating. This got me thinking about how I could apply this to life… Balance. It’s not that I can’t have these foods at all, I just need to balance what I eat. If I eat a small amount of something I should stay away from, then I’ll decide that that’s all I’m gonna splurge on for the day. This applies to quite a few situations in life. What’s yours?
