Tomorrow

Second post in a row, first time I’ve ever done more than one per day. 🙂

There’s always a tomorrow. If today doesn’t work out how you planned, don’t be sad about it. Use that to fuel your excitement of how great you can make tomorrow. And what happens if tomorrow doesn’t work out? Well, you learned from your mistakes and the next day can be great if you make it great. So hey, why not start making tomorrow great right now?

Missions Trip

Yesterday a friend of mine and two youth group leaders went on an awesome missions trip! We went and sorted through clothes to be sold at a shop for homeless people. The ones we worked with were part of a three month program helping them stop drug addictions and/or help them get back on their feet with some money and experience( and by experience, I mean giving them a job so they get into the routine of getting up early and earning their money ). They were some of the nicest, happy people you would ever meet! We had so much fun joking around and helping them for a couple hours— I hope I get to do it again sometime! The LORD was definitely present and in those peoples heart; it’s so great to be amongst other Christians!

Hard Work

Lately I have been dealing with many worries and problems. I wasn’t really sure what I should do that may help me, so I prayed. I now remember a quote I saw on the internet- the elevator that led to success was broken, so I took the stairs instead. Life will be hard, and it won’t necessarily be how we want it to, but it will all be worth it in the end. It’s time to persevere and do what we must to serve the LORD!

Beautiful Day

Do you ever feel that some days drag on more than others? Or, do you ever feel like doing nothing because you’re not motivated and it’s rainy outside? I have! Even though it has been raining all day today, I still need to consider it a beautiful day! God is constantly reminding us of how He can make things work together! Right now, He is showing us how water can fall from the sky making plants live and give off oxygen- which helps us live. There are so many things in this world that He created to work together; like us. We need to work together and share the word of God to others all around the world!
